Septic repairs go wrong when somebody starts digging before they know what they are digging for. We find the actual problem first, then tell you what it will take to fix it. Sometimes that answer is a two hour service call. Sometimes it is bigger. Either way you hear it straight.
What We Repair
Backups and Slow Drains
When every drain in the house runs slow at once, the trouble is downstream of all of them. That is usually a full tank, a blocked outlet, or a line that has collapsed or filled with roots. We locate the blockage rather than guessing at it.
Cracked and Collapsed Pipe
Central Texas clay moves with the seasons, and it takes pipe with it. Shifting soil, tree roots, and heavy equipment driven across a line are the three causes we see most. We replace the damaged run and, where it makes sense, reroute it out of harm's way.
Pump and Component Failure
On aerobic systems the air pump, the effluent pump, the floats, and the control panel are the parts that wear out. Most of these are straightforward replacements once we know which one has quit. If your alarm is going off, that is the system telling you exactly this.
Baffle and Riser Repair
Worn or broken baffles let solids escape toward the drain field, which is how a cheap problem becomes an expensive one. Cracked or sunken risers let surface water into the tank. Both are quick fixes that protect the rest of the system.
Drain Field Trouble
Soggy ground, standing water, or a bright green stripe of grass over the trenches means the field is not accepting water the way it should. Sometimes that is a clog upstream that we can clear. Sometimes the field is done. We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at.

What To Do Before We Get There
- Cut water use to the minimum. No laundry, no dishwasher, short showers.
- Keep vehicles, trailers, and livestock off the drain field.
- If sewage has backed up indoors, keep people and pets away from it.
- Find your last pumping date if you have it. It tells us a lot.
Conventional and Aerobic, Both Covered
We work on both. Conventional systems have fewer parts and usually simpler repairs. Aerobic systems have pumps, floats, panels, and spray heads, which means more can go wrong but also that failures are easier to isolate. Our crew carries the common replacement parts, so a lot of jobs get finished on the first visit.
