New Aerobic Septic System Install

New Aerobic Septic System Install

project overview

A family building on acreage outside Riesel needed a complete septic system in the ground and approved before they could move in. The soil on the building site was heavy clay with limited open ground away from the well, which ruled out a conventional drain field of any useful size. We sized an aerobic system to the household, submitted the site evaluation, pulled the permits, and coordinated the county inspections around the builder's schedule. The tank was set level on a prepared base, the control panel and electrical were run, and the spray heads were positioned so treated water is distributed evenly across the lawn instead of pooling in the low corner. We tested the system, walked the owners through the control panel and the maintenance schedule, and finished ahead of their move in date.
