Cracked Tank Replacement

A homeowner outside Marlin called about backups in the house and standing water in the yard that would not dry out. Our inspection found a concrete tank cracked through at the water line, well past anything a repair would hold. Patching it would have bought a season at best. We pumped the tank down, removed and disposed of it, and set a new tank sized for the household as it is today rather than the one the original install was built for. The inlet and outlet were resealed, the connections rechecked, and risers added so the next service visit does not start with a shovel. We checked the drain field while everything was open, confirmed it was still accepting water, and graded and reseeded the yard on the way out.

Stop the backups and give the home a system that will last another few decades instead of another few months.
