Land Clearing and Driveway Install

Land Clearing and Driveway Install

project overview

A property owner near Groesbeck had bought a lot that was too grown over to build on and had no real access from the road. We cleared the trees and brush the owner wanted gone while leaving the ones they wanted kept, then hauled off every bit of the debris rather than leaving a burn pile behind. With the ground open we graded the building area and cut in the driveway, laying a compacted base before the surface material so it holds up through a wet Central Texas spring instead of needing to be regraded every year. A culvert was sized and set where the drive crosses the low spot, which is what keeps a rural driveway from washing out. The owner went from an unusable lot to a graded, accessible property ready for the next stage of the build.
